This website (forfu.ae) is operated by FORFU Quantum Tech FZE LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FORFU Quantum Tech FZE LLC. By visiting our site or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, vendors and contributors of content.

FORFU Quantum Tech FZE LLC is a legally registered Free Zone Entity with Limited Liability, incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, pursuant to Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023 of the Emirate of Ajman, holding Commercial License Number 2629720870888.
Our registered office is CWS-1V-228906, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
3. Quotes and orders
Prices are quoted for each project. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and we confirm the production date.
This website does not take online payments at present. Payment terms are stated in your quote.
4. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide services are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local decrees of the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
5. Intellectual property and your designs
All content published by us on this website, including text, graphics, logos, 3D models and software, is the property of FORFU Quantum Tech FZE LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
When you send us a 3D file or design for manufacture, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to have it manufactured. Your designs remain yours.
6. Changes to services and prices
Prices for our manufacturing and consulting services may change without notice. An accepted quote is not affected. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
