1. What this website collects
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts.
Your enquiry list and your name, if you enter it, are saved in your own browser so that they are still there when you return. They stay on your device until you send your request or clear your browser data.
2. When you contact us
When you send a request, it opens in WhatsApp or your email application and is sent through that service. We receive what you choose to send: usually your name, contact details and project description.
We use this information only to reply to you, prepare your quote and carry out your order.
3. Model Check
The Model Check tool reads your 3D file inside your browser. The file is not uploaded to us or to anyone else.
4. Your 3D files and designs
Files you send us for quotation or manufacture are treated as confidential. We use them only to prepare and produce your order. We do not share or sell them, and we delete them after production if you ask us to.
5. Payments
This website does not take online payments at present. When online payment is introduced, it will be handled by a certified payment provider, and we will not store card details on our own systems.
6. Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to operations@forfu.ae.
